Well...I like what you've done so far....Keep us posted cause I always love new ideas! I might have come accross a 135 for FREE that will soon be my new project as soon as I get me a house picked out here in the next month or 2....Just gotta find the right house that fits my tank...(just dont tell that to the fiance, she might kill me!)
Well....the clock is 0200...again...we never learm. Kristian is feeling good knowing that it is raining and that he is going to use his bicycle again. hehe 4 1/2 hours until I have to be on my job.
OK....Here we go again. I filled up the tanks with water again....very nervous. And guess what...it is leaking through the bulkhead on the right side. ooooooo #######
Well I guess you all understand that this was now a pain in the """ project, so I went to bed frustrated. My wife was understanding but at the same time really sick of the hole project....the few times she saw me I was swearing at the garage. hehe
BUT....the trip down in to the mud did not stop here....oh no... I woke up the next morning and went down to the garage and saw ...
And then I figured that I would not use rubber between the tanks anymore....I needed something that would not bend under force ( dead material). I ended up with two glasses between the tanks
Here is what I came up with....TAPE !!!! We figured out that the reason for bulkhead to leak was that water came through where the bulkhead was fastend.
YES !!!!!!!!!! The tape was the trick...I am a happy man.
Enjoy the pictures of running water...no more leaking.
The tank on the left is as you can see the "returnsump"
