Hi

the iOS app for GHL Doser 2 is nearly completed.

I discussed this morning with our developers the estimated release date.

The worst scenario is:
submit the app to Apple: 20. March 2015
approval by Apple: 2 weeks
-> begin of April 2015 available for download

We know that a few are anxious for the iOS app, we really do our best.

Here are some screenshots of the current version:

Looking forward to this as I recently purchased an Iphone 6 to do end user support.

App looks good, will really push sales.

Wooohoooo!!! Finally an iOS app! Now later when profilux and mitras starts working with OSx instead of parallels, that would be awesome! Can't wait!!

I had multiple issues updating my Doser 2 to the newest FW version using GCC. So I haven't been able to hook it up to myGHL yet. I have a myGHL account, just the doser 2 update is holding me back.

I run a mac with parallels and window XP or Window 8.1, whichever I prefer. Still gets to a certain part in the Doser 2 FW update and says there was an error, unplug power.

IT'S AN ENDLESS CYCLE, that always ends in "unplug for a few seconds" when trying it update firmware.

Unplug, restart process, enter com#, update, "CAN'T", "unplug"...

Unplug, restart process, enter com#, update, "CAN'T", "unplug"...

You got the right thread dude.

This one is talking about iOS app?

I can't get to the point where the iOS app is even an option yet. Can't use the app until you are able to register and can't register until you do the firmware update.

Still got a loooooong way to go...

I will let you all know how the remote access by GHL goes on thursday. I truly hope they can fix my issue.

Yep, I have an appointment with them tomorrow morning to try and get this all sorted out in terms of getting the firmware update and getting the doser on my LAN.

Well just ended my session with tech support and after TWO AND A HALF HOURS the firmware update could not be done on my Mac running Parallels running Windows 7.

I don't blame the tech, he tried. But it is an ANTIQUATED PRACTICE these days to only support the PC. GHL seems pretty anxious to support the iOS and the MILLIONS of iPhones that are out there, perhaps GHL should take a step back and support the the platform that the iOS works on FIRST and THEN work on supporting the iOS.

CART. BEFORE. THE. HORSE.
