iPhone App

Shut off reset datalogs in the config tab of the tank database window, and then the logs will remain in the controller so that the iphone app can graph them.

But does that mean Aquanotes does not get the data? I tried that and I was missing a lot of data when I tried to print a report.

I am on 4F09 AC3, upgrade to the new Iphone APP and update to 2.2.1 The Iphone is sure connect to the AC3 but nothing is download. I cannot run AquaNotes and the APP at the same time .(Like I am on the old version of the AC3 but I am not. Any help?

I am able to upload the web pages to my ACIII, but the firmware update goes nowhere. I've got all the DHCP settings set to those suggested in the readme.txt file. However, when I select "update firmware" on the ACIII, it blanks for awhile and then just goes back to the usual screen (date, time, status of devices, etc). No status dots appear in the window. The ac3loader just displays "Ready..." the whole time, etc. When I check the selftest for the fw version, it reads 3.30S.

The one thing I can't do, since I'm in an office building and don't have access to our network equipment, is disable DHCP on the server. Again, the strange thing is that the web pages uploaded just fine.

Any help appreciated. thanks.

oops. Didn't notice there was already a separate thread on updating the firmware. In any event, Curt just emailed me that I could telnet into my ACIII and type "update". That did the trick. Thanks!

I updated my iPhone Aquanotes without realizing that I also needed to update the firmware. I am not ready to take on the firmware update right now, so is there a way back to the original iPhone Aquanotes?

Thanks,

Steve Smallcombe

I deleted the new updated iphone app and then synced all of my applications in itunes. That picked up the old version.

Steve....I am using Parallels on all my Macs and have performed several firmware updates over the years. Work great.

what are the steps to download firmware updates for the AC3? I also updated the iPhone aquanotes app and now have nothing. I dont mind going back to the old version but if all I need to make it work is a firmware upgrade Ill go ahead and run it. How much is it?

Jgoal55: its a free firmware update. You get the updater application by downloading the firmware (link a few posts back in this thread ) and it includes instructions. Follow tips in the linked thread if you run into trouble.

I update my Iphone and my ACIII-pro. the new software works great. But now, my Aquanote is not working. Anyone else encountered this issue?

drdoolittle : which AquaNotes? for iPhone or Windows? If you mean for iPhone, make sure you are connecting to port 80, not 23.

Is this compatible with Mac? Didnt seem to work for me.

drdoolittle: make sure you are using port 23 from your PC and that the IP is correct.

Jgoal55: You'd need to get a tftp server for mac to upload the firmware and/or use Parallels, people have reported success here with that I believe.

i just updated aquanotes on my phone now i cant connect. everything is setup the way it was before. What could be going on?
