Ok, so I have my dyndns set up, I have port 23 forwarded to 23, ran canyouseeme and the test of 23 was successful, I ran through the CMD routine that Melev posted and that works for me, yet still the app keeps just saying "connection failed" or "connection closed". I am going in circles over here, can't figure out where I am going wrong.
Edit: I can not get it to connect locally or over the net.

Great app!!! Thank you very much for make it available.
I'm not being able to configure it to access outside my local network (in which it is working fine). I have a dyndns account and I can access ACIII by any browser. I think I'm doing something wrong on my Siemens Gigaset Router. It just does not accept when I tried to add a new port 23 to port 23 and IP 168.2.050. Can anybody give me a tip ?
Tks!!!

Ok, I'm not familiar with your router so I had to look up the manual online.
First, what you need to do is on the Port Forwarding page, uncheck all the boxes at the left and hit Save Changes. We won't be using the Port Forwarding page since it does not allow you to map a local port to a different port via the internet.
What you need to do is configure "Virtual Server" -- that's the first menu on the left, above "Port Forwarding." Configure it like this:
![]()
Save changes, and try it again on your iPhone.
