Is that temperature to high for a reef tank with anemones because thats where my tempature is at?

Mine has run at between 27 & 28 celcius for years without a problem. Nothing to worry about as long as the temp remains stable.

Yes stablilty of the temperature is important.

27.8C= 82F. That is the "perfect" reef temp according to Ron Shimek. It is the average temperature across all tropical reef environments.
