Is it flatworm or something else?

Best picture I can get, couldn't get any closer pic with my current camera.

My guess would be yes as well. But without a closer shot, it's hard to say. The red flatworms that I have had in previous tank have fork tails. I won't go into the pros and cons of different type of treatments because it's been discussed to death on this forum. :D
