I'm not home for the last 3 days. And today, when i got back, i can't find my yellow tang. He disappeared. And i can't find any left over of him. Is it possible that my carpet gigantea eat it?

I doubt a gigantea would eat your yellow tang. Could it have jumped out? Or, could it be dead in the liverock? You might want to check your ammonia and nitrite, just to be on the safe side. Sorry to hear about your tang.

sorry to say this man but it probly did, my green carpet anenome is passive and yet it still had the guts to take out a Skunk Shrimp and a Gramma Gobie :( was a sad week.

A Gigantea is definitely capable of eating a fish, but I would exhaust all other possibilities before blaming it. I think it is unlikely. I also thought it was unlikely for my Magnifica to eat a Yellow Tang, but..............

Its not that the nems are trying to eat the fish. They dont jump out and grab them or anything. But if a fish gets too close for some reason and touches it, its pretty much a goner. These large nems are very sticky and pack a powerful sting. Its just how it is.
