Hi guys,

According to the growing rate of my Efflo in the pass two years, it will out-growth of my 60x30x25 tall tank in the near future!!!
I am worndering should I sell it, with a broken heart, or buy a 4x4 tank for it.
I'm really love it, but it worth

why not frag it? cut 2-3 inches (or even more its that big) off the whole outside rim with a dremel and then cut them into smaller frags? there was a thread a long time ago where a guy did this

and when you're done, you can send some frags to the people that responded to your thread. ;)

I'd try to keep it intact..... let it grow into the rocks or back of the tank. I'd eliminate other corals taking up space.

If I was fragging it I wouldn't do it all the way around like the example. Maybe hack off the back part of it facing away from view. Then let it grow into some rockwork.

I have one that's about 12" now & wouldn't consider hacking it up like that. Mine has different growth & is tiering, so it's a lot easier to frag a chunk off.

I'd make a piece like that the centerpiece of your display.

dont bother with all that fragging these guys are trying to talk you into.. Im a guy who loves to help people out. ill be there wednesday to take it off your hands

Thanks guys.
I think I will keep it. Anybody know a good vendor for a 4x4x25 tank? Should I buy a acrylic or a starphire glass?

Thank you,

wow... I'm suprised by people every day. Frag it & spread it "just incase" so there will always be a backup colony.
