Looks to be a bit on the bleached side. What kind of lighting are you using? How long have you had it?

yea..looks bleached....how long have you had your tank running? your rocks seem to have a diatomy scruff to them.

Does it eat? sticky? What are you tank parameter adn lighting?

tank has been up for 6 months, i had to do a big water change here recently because for some reason my nitrates and ammonia were up. However they are finally stable. As far as lighting goes, i have a nano tank, two bulbs that are 50/ 50 half 10k day light half 7100k actinic blue. I have two of those. He does not feel sticky to me at all, I have had him about a month and half now, and i havent got him to eat for about a week now... what should i do? O

Best way is to do it slowly by temporarily using salt water instead of fresh water for your top-off of evaporated water. Test salinity every couple of days and stop when it gets to 1.026 or so.

Just thought i would let everyone know, that my anemone is still alive, and i just now got him to start eating silver sides.. It was just the head of a silver side but he ate it, so maybe there is still hope. He is fully bloomed, seems happy. Just is still bleached!
