is my anemone getting ready to split?

So about a month ago a purchase this beautiful rainbow bubble tip anemone from this local person that has over a 100 of this beauties on a 150 gallon tank, she was incredibly healthy and so far she has been doing great in my tank, she chose a very nice spot high up in the rocks to settle down but two days ago she started to move almost like pulling on herself in opposite directions and to my surprise this morning when I was cleaning the tank I took a closer look and realized that her foot is starting to split, honestly I'm very surprise cause the guy that I got it from told me that all his anemones were splitting like crazy, and told me not be surprised if the one I got would the same in my tank.

I know trust me I'm very excited, I never seen it happen before! I just stood in front of the tank the entire time it was happening.

Does anyone know how long should I wait before feeding my anemones again? I read they go thru a very stressful time after splitting so I want to feed them as soon as I can to get then nice and healthy.
