Is my anemone healthy?

Hi All,

Do you think my anemone looks healthy?
I've had it a couple of months. In that time it seems to have doubled in size. It is extremely sticky and when fed it engulfs the food very quickly (within 10 seconds - maybe quicker).

Thanks in advance.

It's about to die and nuke you whole tank. Better take it out and send it overnight to me here in the US.

Can you send it overnight from Thailand to the US :)

Thanks guys - good to know it looks ok. I read so much about these 'nems being difficult to care for and all I did was build a pilar so he can be close to the light, and that's it..... I thought he was doing ok, but I'm a bit paranoid that it is "too good to be true".

Something I have noticed about "difficult to care for" species here in Thailand is that they are not so difficult to care for! I think the fact that they don't spend much time in transit has a lot to do with it ..... guessing they are reef-to-end-user in a matter of days rather than weeks, with far less "handlers" in between.

must be nice ------and i thinkk your right about the shorter transit time -----nice nem by the way

I agree, short of buying it a seat on the plane and making sure it has good flow and light....

I am still waiting for someone here in the US to make a olympic size pool of saltwater and make a anemone breeding tank. I would surely move there and get a job.

Wave makers, tidal areas, all the enmities.. (hahaha play on words there)
