Sorry i dont know how to embed video like you did

Haha. I subscribed to you and saw this before you posted, during dinner.

It looks like it is doing good.

I did feed him and he took in the shrimp and seems to be doing great. His mouth puckered up and closed. and seems to be doing great was full and puffy this morning when i woke up and the lights came on.

only thing i notices is his mouth went from a perfect circle like this O to what looks more like a perfect circle that has two tears on exact opposite sides like this (). Almost like it may be splitting down the middle (i doubt it is though). I have posted a picture close up from this morning. I can try to get a clear picture/video tonight.

This pictures i added are the same one is pointing out the shape change the other is so the arrow doesnt cover anything up.

Anemone are mostly water. They do not required any where near as much food as most people think from their fully inflated size. You anemone should be feed with food less than 1/2 of an pencil eraser.
When they are not well, don't feed them at all. IMO, if they are infected, undigested food will give bacterial much more fuel to multiply. That is why sick anemone should not be feed.
They will do fine with just light for years. They just won't grow or will not grow as fast but will be fine with good light and no food.

Your pictures are not clear but it does not seem to be a tear to me.

He seems to be doing fine no further change. Fully attached to the same rock inflated and colorful.

It seems like all is fine. It might just be I did not realize how big the mouth actually is as when i first got him it was puckered up and excreted. Then he was not facing the front of the tank until recently so i could not see just how big the mouth really is.

I updated/replaced my lights and it made things 1000x times better. Not sure how old the old bulbs fixture was it was a dual T5. I replaced with the 48' Coralife dual T5(with the default 10,000k and actinic).

old fixture bulbs must have been going cause the anemone's mouth is now closed and it is full of color purple tips with greenish hue tentacles.

Now it is a matter of seeing the best combo of the two T5 bulbs.

I will post a picture later today.
