Is my anenome dying?

Bsaed on research through google it seems like my anenome is stressed. I have had him for about a month and he has shown no signs of stress until last night. I originally thought it was splitting(a few days ago) as the top of the base(where the tentacles are went from a perfect circle to what looked like being pinched in the middle) so i thought it was forming 2 circles to split. However there were so many tentacles i could not see the mouth.

Now that i can see the mouth i have attached two pictures below and i feel like the anenome is now in danger of dying. Please advise any information on if there is anything i can do to save him. I manually feed 1-2 times a week. However everytime i manually feed the anenome my cleaner shrimp sits on top of the anenome and pulls the food from him.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, as can be seen in the pictures the tentacles are full with purple tips, the base/foot is purple the only issue is the open mouth. I apologize for replying to this i am just concerned if it dyes before i can remove it nukes my tank but i dont want to remove and give up on the tank if this is not the case.

In addition the hard part for me is i do not have an isolation tank so if i remove it would sit in a tank without flow/rock/or sand or it would just be disposed of.

Can you provide more details of what you think is wrong?

PH 7.2, Salinity and specific gravity 32 and 1.023, ammonia and nitrites 0ppm, nitrates 10ppm, temp 79/80F.

Water flow two 800 gph power head set up on opposite sides of tank.

1 marble froma star fish, 1 cleaner shirmp(csteals anenome food when manually feed), 2 ocsellarius clown, 1 bicolor blenny, bunch of snails and hermits

My concern is what the mouth looks like currenty in the pictures

And sorry has been in tank just over 1 month

Here is the part on page one that concerns me looking at your water parameters:

Water chemistry MUST be stable in order to keep anemones successfully. This means
that tanks must be fully cycled before you even THINK of adding an anemone. As a rule
of thumb, you should wait until a least a month after your tank is done cycling just to
ensure that your system is adequately balanced and healthy. Test your water before
introducing a new anemone. Aim for zero ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, specific gravity
(salinity) of 1.024 "“ 1.026, pH of 8.2 "“ 8.4, temperature of 76 - 80F.

Please check your pH again. 7.2 is really bad!

I appologize not 7.2 using the tetra easystrips its between 7.8 and 8.4 closer to 8.4 i meant to type 8.2 but had a typo

Anenome foot fully attached to rock, he is full with puffy tentacles still has color in foot and tips. Seems healthy in every way except his mouth is wide open. I appologize if this is commen knowledge but all i have read is a wide open mouth is sibns of stress. It has been 24 hours with no other signs of issue. So just concernedbis all.

Thanks for the update. Got busy yesterday and did not see reply.

Much better on the pH. Has anything been feed to it? Like mysis blow over the tentacles? Never feed directly into the mouth of any anemone, always place or blow across its body. If it is not wanting a snack/meal it will not attach the tentacles to it and food will blow/fall off.

I have directly feed food and he grips with tentacles and feeds. However prior to feeding wthawed food he would get a cut up piece of frozen he would hold with tentacles u til disolved and would eat(in doing so shrimp would take it. That being said i do blow thawed over him and he attaches with tentacles and eats he just has a big open mouth.

looks healthy on all accords. Again iam just not used to seeing his mouth this big. when i first got him it was l almost like it was always closed(puckering up to kiss someone). so maybe this is a normal size mouth.

Sorry for more updates but i would assume its safe to say remove(as it looks like stomach may be starting to protrude) unlessbi am seeing something else.

Just because he has a open mouth does not mean he is on his way out.

It is still fully inflated and not drooping.

Can you zoom in or do a video with just staying on it for a reference. I dont see any innards.
