Is my male clown a Perc?

Are the eyes all black or are they orange ring around the black center? If orange they are Percula

He has orange around the outer edges of his eyes.

So is this fact that if the clown has orange around the eyes it's a Percula because I just bought what was sold to me as an Ocellaris but I had my doubts about it because it had thicker black coloring around it's white bars and small black pupils with orange around. The LFS had the tag from the supplier which is Quality Marine and it was labelled as Ocellaris. I should go back and scan the bar code and QR code to see its origins.

Mav it's probably a cross between a Perc and Occ. Beautiful fish for sure.
