Is my tank cycled?

I purchased my tank (46 gallon bow front) that was already an exisiting setup. It had roughly 90 lbs of LR and a 3" bed of LS that I saved by keeping some water in the tank. I think it is cycled already...here are the #'s.

Date PH Phosphate Nitrite Nitrate Ammonia Salt Gravity Temp
2/21/2006 9.0> 0.1ppm 0ppm 10ppm .40ppm 1.016 74.5

You will want that ammonia to hit zero before adding anything. I would go ahead and do a water change and see what that does for ya.

My ammonia has been 0 for 3 days.

I have a cleaner crew in there already. 5 hermits, 5 turbos, and 5 bumble bee snails.

I also cycled with a dead shrimp. He is out of there now and the ammonia was cleaned up by the system.

Does Gary frequent the boards here? I see his website, but I don't see what he has in stock or his pricing.

Not that I know of.

My wife was up there last week and said he had a bunch of nice looking fish in stock.
