Is it open, I've been calling the past 2 days.....

I believe their weekday store hours are 6-8pm now in the evening, and aren't open during the daytime. weekends they're still open regular times.

6am or 6pm..? so never open on weekdays... so how the heck are you supposed to buy during there sale by the 29th??????????

The sale ends on 12/31.

Store hours:

Monday to Friday 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Sat. 11:30 a.m. to 8:00p.m.
Sun 11:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m.

They cut back on weekday hours to reduce their overhead.

Stop by the store. Steve always takes care of BAR folks.

I had tried to go by a couple of weeks ago during the day during the week. After making the trek all the way out there I too discovered that they were only open in the evenings during the week .

Steve did post his new hours on the BAR site, tried and succeeded Art

I think it's a very big thing to do, run a LFS on your "time off" from your "day" job

yeah it's pretty amazing that he's running the shop while having a day job. props to steve

It's hard enough for me to do my day job, take care of my tank AND have a life :lol: Adding a LFS in there would simply kill me

i'm definately dying with 15 - 20 hours of work a day =( no/little sleep sucks!! but for xmas I did get to sleep in a good amount, and got a tiny bit further on setting up my new tank.

Ok so what are THE hours of business... I am not about to trek there for an hour then see that its closed..... I want to go there for the zoo sale that they have been posting....

Happend to me a couple of times treking to a store to only find out its closed.......

ah' went to bar website, will be going there this weekend... anyone else I should look for besides steve if he's busy there??????

everyone who works there are very helpful =) and if they don't know the answer, they'll yell for steve =) sometimes he's not there, but he's never gone for long.
