bought a typhoon III from air water and ice 2.5 years ago, it's a great setup...
however, it was 6 mos, time for filter and DI change....I am on well water, I put a 10 micron sediment, 5 micron carbon and 1 micron carbon, then the new DI resin.
Normally when my TDS creeps above 002-005 I change these out and it drops down to 000 for the next 5-6 months.
This time I am getting a 001 reading, I was getting some wild readings of up to 019-22 after replacing the filters. I then flushed the membrane and let the unit produce new RODI water....after 30 min it was reading 001 and after a hour+ it still reading 001...is this a membrane issue?
