I'm ****ed, i ordered some rods' food for the first time though premium aquatics. they're usually really good, but the food was delivered slightly cooler than room temperature, 100% thawed and the bad was ripped. is it now bad, or can i refreeze it and it will be fine??

Personally I would refreeze it. I only say this because I have myself many times thawed food eaten a portion then refroze it. I am referring to human food of course. Also on 3 occasions I have gotten my brine or krill out fed the fish and forgot to put it away. All 3 times I put it back in freezer and refroze. It was completely melted and as yours, barely under room temp. Probably in the 60s.....None of the 3 times caused any ill side effects after feed ing the rest of the thawed food. This is just based on my experience. All manufacturers and packaging will however tell you to discard if thawed.....

Contact PA, and find out what to do. Don't ask us.

But to answer your question, freeze it, and don't use it until you hear back from PA.

lol thanks i will

I would contact them, my guess would be they are going to say it is ok. The more something is frozen and thawed, the more damage is done to to. Every time water freezes it forms crystals and breaks cell walls. Broken cell wall means more leakage. More leakage means more nutrients going directly into your water and less into your fish.

i forgot my mysis shrimp out for about 30min and it defrosted. I rinsed them off and added some garlic a lil salt water and refroze.

Id freeze it and reuse it. I leave my stuff out all the time. Never had any issues. We talks a few hours not days here
