Is there an homemade alternative for Purple up and Bionic

Ok this stuff is getting expensive and that money would be well spend on other goodies and I have heard of homemade mixtures for Purple up's and Kalk how good and safe are these and what are the ingredients and dosing for a 180?

I don't recommend Purple Up, not know what it is, and so do not have a home made alternative.
