Is this a anemone ?

I was told to post over here that you guys might know what this is.

This came attached to a polyp rock I received. It came as one and split into two later. It's also able to move itself around. When it becomes distubed it will suck into it's tube.

It seems to have a mouth in the middle, but I'm not positive. I can touch it and it will not retract, seems to only go in at night and that
is only some of the time. It has been extremely hardy, it sat in a tank that I broke down for 4 days in 60 degree water before I noticed I forgot it. I transferred it at that point and it's doing fine.

Thanks, here's some pics.

My best guess is some kind of hairy mushroom if it does not retract when touched. I have never seen one with tentacles as long. It could be some kind of anemone that I am not familiar with but I'd say all anemones react when touched. : )

I had one, never did get it id'd, but it looked very similiar to that. Not sure what happened to it, it just disappeared one day. It came in on some zoos.

funny that you mentioned it came in on zoo's. Mine came with some zoo's and sun polyps. Would love to have a positive ID on this.
