Hi all,
I inherited this guy from a buddy of mine and haven't been able to confirm it's identity. I also haven't been able to find anything like him on search engines. Closest thing was a Coris, but they appear to be brighter orange.
He's currently about 3.5" -4" long and shows no signs of color change, yet. He's about 5yrs old that we know of, that's how long he's been in our possession.
I will say this, this guy is a trooper! He's been through so many ups and downs and always comes out 'swinging'. Aside from the initial tank transfer, a bryopsis outbreak causing extreme water parameter fluctuations and a whole slew of other things, I am EXTREMELY happy to provide him a stable environment.
I just can't find anything on his species.
So, thanks in advance!
