I spotted this crab a few weeks back and never did see it again.
Some of my corals seem a bit battered and my diamond goby had disappeared for almost a week. I thought the goby had died, since it was always out and about and not shy at all.
Tonight the goby finally showed up, but seemed very scared and timid.
Anyhow I made up some very salty water and went searching. Luckily it was in the same rock I saw him on before.
The only thing that makes me wonder is....everyting I've read says that a gorilla crab has black tips on their claws. This one is a orangy red end with maybe a very tiny bit of yellow at the very tip.
