Is this a porcelien crab?

My tank is a month old, is itnok to add it? I know its a filter feeder. What else to feed them?

I wouldn't suggest adding it yet unless your tank is a couple hundred gallons. It's a porcelain crab alright, and they need to filter-feed or they starve, so they do best in established tanks. You can try to release powdered flake food into the current upstream of them via a turkey baster, but your best bet is to wait a few months.

I have 7 of these in a 25 gallon tank, plus an anemone porcelain crab and no issues. They seem to find plenty to filter out of the water from what I see (I only have flow pumps, not mechanical filter).
I've also seen them scavenge on food the fish miss.
I have also some small gobies in the tank and they didn't do any harm to those either.
 
The big claw is weak and doesn't close all the way. They aren't dangerous to anything, though they'll eat dead stuff.
