Is this an Anemone?

We got this rock from a friend of ours and it already has this on it. We have set some krill on it and it curls up and eats it. It has a mouth and I believe might be a carpet anemone but am not for sure. It has green tips with a tan body. The picture is not the greatest. Please help!

I think we figured it out. We think it is a green hairy mushroom. Found some other pics and looks just like it. Sorry for posting if this was the wrong place for this.
