20 gallon long
150 w sunpod, 14k phoenix bulb
aqua clear 70/fuge (will put a sponge over the intake)
koralia nano
koralia 1
i have a few zoas, but i'm trying to trade them off as all i really want for this tank is an rbta and no other corals really. rock/sand has been running since June (upgraded from a 10g a few weeks ago)

do you think this is too much light for an rbta in a 20long?
is the flow enough?
let me know, thanks!

The lighting output is fine but you didn't mention your proposed photoperiod and that does matter. I would think you should only need to run the MH for 6 to 8 hours a day.

As for flow. Anemones do not really need a lot of flow. I have kept them for extended periods of time in low flow tanks with out issues.

You will have to be very careful with the koralia. Cover them with foam or screen, or they will chop up you rose if it decides to walk around the tank. Keeping the power heads up high helps to prevent this but eventually a BTA will get sucked into an unprotected power head. I use an MJ1200 with a foam block on it that I can clean weekly.
