Is this anemone okay?

To me it looks like it's pooping out of its mouth, but I'm scared it's zooxanthellae. This first pic (the one with lights off) was taken a couple of hours ago and the second was taken now.

It looks fine to me. I've had nems do that on occasion. I think they might be sucking in water to puff up.
