Is this Ich or something else?

I went to bed last night and noticed a small spot on my Damsel. I woke up this morning and found the spot still there, pictured in the photo towards the upper fin

Is this Ich or something else? I do have a QT that has nothing in it at the moment, so I can move him in there if necessary.

how long have you had him? did you qt before you added him to your tank?

it doesn't really look* like ich. it could be lympho. need more information.

Yes QT before added to main tank. Have him for 6 weeks.

Ocellaris clown fish who keeps to himself, carpenters fairy wrasse, and a bartletts anthas. It's 92 gallon tank so plenty of room and hiding spots.

Either this or he went too fast around a sharp edge and scraped some skin off. Another option is that he misjudged an opening he was going through.

It's not even remotely looking like ich .
