All my chromis in QT are covered in white specks. They also look bloated with maybe raised scales. I had a few already die, but they did not die with these symptoms.

What are the recommended steps to take? I'm now dropping the specific gravity to 1.009 for hypo and am keeping their temp at 81.

The white specks are likely ich, as far as the fuzzy appearance goes, that is not ich. Almost looks like velvet to me. The ich is probably presenting itself because of another stresser as ich is generally not a fatal parasite.

If the fish aren't eating at this point, it looks like they don't have long to live.
