is this macro algae?

It started as only one little bubble and my brother put it on a frag plug, yesterday i noticed he had 2 frag plugs with about an inch of branch type deals with a bunch of these on them and i got one of them from him. Hope they're good.

Oh it's already beautiful even if it's a small frag. I'm going to trade some to chocolate for a frag of his frogspan

Yeah i love it too. My frogspan is doing ok just getting used to the lights and new water but I'm sure it will take off pretty soon.
