Is this marine FLukes

Can you ID if this is Marine Flukes?

I FW dipped with formalin before this emperor angel went in. three weeks later he looked bad so I dip a 50 minute formalin dip, and put into QT. This is what I saw. I thought it might be ich, but wanted to test for flukes. Could you please verify.

So is this seaweed poop, or marine flukes? I would have thought it was ich, and now I am CONFUSED?

Is he still in QT? If so, treat w/Prazipro (2 doses 5-7 days apart). This will treat flukes if he has them; won't do any harm if he doesn't.

Because honestly, I can't tell for sure what that is in those pics.
