Is this ok for lighting?

I have a 30 long it is only 17" deep(top to bottom)It has been set up for 9 months now.If i put it high on my rock will a 96 watt pc be ok for a BTA?Sorry if i am way off i am new to this and saw a clark and a BTA and it was cool to watch!I know they are very hard to keep but i was just asking!
