Jeez that's a angelfish food smorgasbord. My emp even liked nipping the base of a Rbta. Between my emp and regal nothing but sps is safe. Oh and the trash palys I want them to eat... Doesn't matter size of polyp, they'll eat them a bite at a time quickly. Once they get the taste haha.

We had multicolor and a fireball angel in a mixed reef along with a Koran who did eat a 5" around paly colony in about two days. Then when it was sold to a friend, ate all of his corals.

We feed that zoa tank (well all our tanks really) very heavily and once we see any damage from the imperator it's moving to a new home.

I put a few zoas in with him last week and he never even looked at them, so about 3 days ago i added a rock full of zoas about the size of my hand and still nothing. maybe i lucked out?

Really all depends on the fish, I never had a problem with mine. I had mostly sps, some lps, clams...
I am a bit bias cuz they are my favourite fish!!
I hope it works out for you. Good luck just keep him well fed.

Ive had my emperor for 1.5 yrs now and only thing it bothered was my zooanthids ( devoured more like it ). It does not bother my acans, chalice, favias, SPS or palys. I really love the fish and eats out of my hand. I am getting a regal ( in QT now ) and keeping my fingers crossed

after more then a month he just started ripping apart my zooanthids !!
