What are you up to these days? Any new reef plans?

Hey Oldtimer. Nice to hear from you again.

Im not sure yet what i will be doing.. this economy has me worried. I dont want commit to anything just yet. Thanks for asking!!

Yes, I certainly feel the same way. Progress on my 240 has slowed a lot in the last few months. Hopefully things pick up again. Looking forward to another Isla Edcondido!

invincible569,

Just wanted to give you a shout out that you inspired a lot of us on here, and for sure me, it was your tank that blew me away and made me fall in love with the rimless style. It was sad to read you had to leave the hobby, hopefully you can enter again some day, and I'll be watching for you. Hope all is well in your world.

I am planning a A.G.E tank for the future, after I take my baby steps with my Solana, and was wondering who built your metal stand vaneers or covers for you? I scoured the build thread but couldn't find it, might have missed it? I want them to build me one when I get to that point, as I remember yours being very awesome. (If anyone else knows please reply)

Thanks!

I miss all you guys!!! Its sad reading through all of this and I've finally divorced since, found a new girlfriend, and made a new bb. I went through some hard times thats for sure. You can always find me on facebook, Edward Anzaldua. Take care and my passion is still very strong. :) I keep holding back :)

Hey, welcome back Edward, I miss your updates. How is Naka's tank doing?
Sorry to hear about your divorce, Congrats on the new addition.

I just wanted to let you all know that I followed Edward over on Facebook, since we had Aquariums in common and he started getting into photography, so we were really enjoying sharing conversations about camera gear and pictures etc, he was a good guy.

He got married earlier this month in Nicaragua, and on Sept 11, on the plane back home to Houston, he had a stroke and passed away. Leaving behind a beautiful new bride and 3 kids.

You can see the reaction to his passing on his Facebook page here:

I don't know what else to say, I didn't know him in person, only online starting here on RC and heading over to Facebook. He was always kind to me and would talk about the reef and photo stuff. I'll miss our posts, he was a kind person.

Sorry to bear this bad news...
