Isla Escondido - invincible569's Rimless 300g

After reading Edward's thread months ago, I sold my tank in hopes to purchase a rimless tank similar to invincible's. I could'nt get anywhere near the size, but regardless it served as such an inspiration to myself and many others. It amazes me that his tank has not been tank of the month at one time or another. If there's ever a time it should be now. Edward's tank should be acknowledged as TOM.
 
Edwards tank was the inspiration for my rimless as well. i chose a shallow tank with lots of depth to mimic (on a smaller scale) his aquarium
 
I really wish I didnt have to give it up. This was a very hard decision for me and I hope that it will not be long before i come back. I still have a passion for a reef aquarium and I promise to be back very soon. I will try and get some pics

Thanks all of you!!! I honestly feel depressed about the whole situation and didnt want to let it go, but I must do what NEEDS to be done at this time in my life.
 
Edward, I have said those words before. Do what needs to be done and when the time is right, you will look to start again with a whole new outlook and fresh ideas........................... can't wait to see what that might be.
 
While this is a real disapointment to so many of us who have admired your progress, and who have benefited from your through documentation Edward, you are to be commended for your ability to be able to walk away when other priorities demand it of you. Just think how cool the technology will be when it's time for your return to the hobby. Stick around RC, stay abreast of the hobby, and be prepared to come out of the box running when the time is right for you. Good luck with everything!

News of your beutiful tank had made its way over the Pacific to Australia. Your aquascaping was an inspiration to a number on MASA, our "reef central".

What fish did Edward all lose to jumping? I know a lot of you have set up rimless tanks of your own due to his inspiration...what fish should we stay away from in a rimless tank?
