Where are you guys getting the HGH from/ amino acids ?

Not using HGH, illegal here in US. Using GLN, L Glutamine. Bought it from all natural health food store. Vegatable base, no yeast or sugars. Also using ReefPlus concentrated vitimans and amino acids twice a week. Once a couple of hours before feeding the glutton and once without the glutton per directions. It's not a necessary ingredient for this feeding regiment. The recipe has plenty of nutrition. You can get good results without the gln. If you do use it start out slowly.

I really want to thank the guys from Italy for sharing their experiences and beautiful tanks!
Also, a big thanks to the translators, they're not perfect (and sometimes gave me a pretty good laugh :lol: ) but they get the point across perfectly!
On question though - in order to speed up making the food - can you use RO/DI ice cubes as some of the 250 ml of water - that should keep the mix cool enough to blend straight through and not have to wait for the blender motor to cool down. Using this method I assume you would want the cubes to totally melt by the end of the blending process so you don't end up with a fish food margarita - that would not be as good for the consistency when re-frozen....

Is adding the sugar into the mix before freezing neccessary for success? I currently dose sugar and I am happy with the results as far as keeping NO and PO at 0, so I would hate to change that procedure. But at the same time, I do not want to start adding more sugar which may cause a massive bacteria outbreak (did that once already with AZ-NO3). The only real difference between this formula and Bornemans is the sugar, but I am just wondering if there will be a difference if the sugar is frozen in with the food. Thanks.
