It's a chore for a green chromis to poop

Got some green chromis from my lfs a couple of weeks ago. One of them acts completely normal, swimming around and even eating. But, the past couple of days, towards the afternoon, he recedes behind the rocks and shakes every now and then like he can't poop correctly. The next day, he seems fine. The poop looks whiter than the other fish, with orange to brown poop.

1) Is this something to be concerned about?
2) Is it contagious?

This fish may have internal worms which Pratzi can cure. If it doesn't get better soon, giving the fish Pratzi treatment could be the next best move.
