It's on Billy

great work on the tank Paul. It looks beautiful. I love the pipes. I am jealous!

Thank you so Sue so far so good none of my fish or shrimp have been harassing them and they been feeding of the rock substrate and glass.

Those pipefish are sweet, what species are they?/

I believe they are Doryrhamphus excisus from the Red Sea. They came from Africa.

Do I see a future tank if the month???

ha ha....your funny

Great job Paul. Kudos on the corals but I am most impressed with the pipefish. They are not easy especially in a community reef tank so you're doing a heck of a job keeping them healthy.

Man, I don't know how I missed this thread, but just finished reading, and I'm impressed. Awesome equipment, pristine plumbing, and even better tank dimensions. Job well done.

That sump is a work of art. The designer is very creative (or a little sick in the head) The cabinet should have glass doors to show it off. Much Envy here.

Can the pipe fish compete for food? How are they doing?

The pipefish have been in the tank for a little over 3 months now and they only eat live pods. I have 2 wrasses, a mandarin and all seem to be pretty fat.
The mandarin and wrasses eat frozen food as well.

Paul , Your tank is Awesome . Your corals seem to be growing like weeds , and your fish selection is killer . Ted

Can anyone get me the exact length and width (including the trim) of the MarineLand Deep Dimension 250 gallon?
Thanks in advance.
