I've had enough, too

That flibberty flabbin' porcupine bit me, AGAIN. As in, twice in one week. Every time I try to clean the tank, I get nailed. He seems to attack only from the blind side. I'd take trades or if you want him, just take him. Either way.

I'd rather have all ten of my fingers than, say, a new kole tang or some sps frags or something.

When I got first into the hobby I thought the coolest fish would have to be a puffer. If it I didn't go with a reef I would surely have one.

BTW, I heard many act like a puppy, I suppose you just have a territorial puppy on your hands :)

Maybe you should call the Fishwhisperer.

Oh I know...market him as a rare LE vampire puffer. Surely some Twilight fan would bite yes pun intended.

There's a pay lake near me we could toss him in and watch the catfish get him.

I think he can't see so he bites and errs on the side of food. If it's edible, cool. If not, he moves on. I saw him do it to a leather coral once, too.

He's just too destructive to continue keeping him in a reef. If my wife would let me, I'd do a separate predator tank for him, but alas, fiscal responsibility wins out.

So, Baldwin? Jason? I want a good home for my homie. It's not his fault he can't see what he is doing. The poor guy tries.

He is mostly safe with corals other than the occasional nibble here and there. I have seen him eat the tiny brittle stars. My snails all disappeared over a period of several months after I got him.

BUt there is a huge brittle star in there that he has never messed with. In his defense, he hides all day and the fish is half blind.

Hey Kung, I'll take him back. I'm sure my daughter will be overjoyed. She's 6 yrs old and hasn't quite figured out where he went to yet, lol.

Wonderful. I am sure she will be glad.

My daughter is going to be furious with me about this, but I think I find a lesson in it somewhere. She's three, and has just decided that he is her fish.
