Iwaki 55 not Running?

So I have a 300 fowlr tank. I have connected to the sump an iwaki 70 and and iwake 55 that are 22 years old! The iwaki 55 just started making a noise and realize that it's not pumping so I disconnected it. The iwaki 55 was added when at the time the protein skimmer ETSS instructions stated in should have its own pump. So I'm thinking after 22 years even though the pump looks brand new it is probably not worth fixing. The sump was drilled for the 2 pumps. I like the idea of having 2 pumps because if one failed I would have a quick disconnect to feed the primary return lines. So the question is what would be a good replacement ? Someone I know is offering to sell me a vectra s1 that was only used for 3 months for 250. Reviews go both ways on this so looking for ideas. The iwake 70 is still running but it is 22 years old so I'm keeping in ind that it may die soon too. Appreciate any feedback/input, thanks!

Pan World pumps are almost identical to the Iwaki brand.
They get good reviews & are supposed to be a little more economical with electricity.

I would take it apart and look to see what the problem is. Parts are available and they are one of the best pumps on the market. It could be something relatively minor

Or just buy another Iwaki55/70...
Its clearly "proven" itself over the years.. Can't say the same about the Vectras..
