When i come in shops i collect some sponges from the liverock and take it whit me:D

ahhh the sponge is great :) I have exulted all my tanks, and LFS from sponges lol [natural growing ones] so now am enriching his food with angelix which is supposed to have amino acids fond is sponges !

thank you for your reply :) your frag tanks, and main system are super amazing ! and each of your fish .. is a dream by itself :)

Dipping depents on the type off coral, echinata some 5 minutes, humulis up to 15 minutes for example.

In the collection tank there are some wrasses like Pseudocheillinus hexataenia and halichoeres cosmetus.

Also in every tank in the cellar there are some Synchiropus picturatus,i believe in those small fishes becauce they are constant nipping around and i am sure they will eat also little nudibranches when they come around.

Furthermore in every tank there is a Tomentosus.

thank you for the answer ! what kind of dip do you use?

Hi Mo,

Vince surely will be pleased,it put it into the maintank but have to take it back too the cellar, give it too much light i believe and it became too light in collor.Next time i need too place it some lower into the tank.

In a few weeks he can see it live again,he will be visit me again together whit David Saxby and some friends,it will be nice too see them again.

Cheers Mo:wave:

Luc,

Vince will be pleased to see this one. It looks stunning!..

Mo

Jawsee, i was reading your tank of the month thread and i might have missed the water change system how often and how much , also what brand of salt mix do you use?

Also thanks for the answer about the dips you use neither is iodine based dip do you find iodine is too harsh for sps?

Kinlayan,

I try too change 200 liters water each week, around 8 % on monthly base than.
Two times a year i make a bigger change too solve out some coming problems in water chemistry(mayby:))

Salt is KZ reefers Best,De Jong Marinelife salt, since a few weeks also D&D salt, every week another one.

Some years ago i did dips whit isobetadine but these products i find easier in use.

thanks for the new pics :)

Luc,

With the great success you are having I can understand not wanting to change, but have you given any thought to switching to LED lighting? Just curious about your thoughts on that. Also do you have pulcherimus or randalli anthias? Thanks.
