Jays 135g Cube Sps Build!!!!

Well the sump has been ordered, i decided to go with MRC. The main reason is for re-sell value. It should be done in two weeks and i talked to victor at ATB and he told me my equipment wont be in for 2-3 wks. So in the mean time, i need to drill holes in stand, and i also can start on my floating canopy hopefully this weekend or early next week. I decided to go with 1 400w mh using a LB large reflector and 4 t5s. What ballast do you guys recommend?

Really nice looking setup so far. I really like your choice of equipment. You are definitely on you way to a first class SPS reef tank.

Looking forward to seeing the rest. :)

Thanks Steve, if this tank has half your success i'll be very happy

No doubt that MRC sump is going to be very nice. How big of a sump did you order?

I order a 30"x18"x18", Im having it made like the bio-sump minus the bio section. I really liked the sock chamber.

Equipment update...

The mp40s landed today, I got a great deal on these if you're buying new pm me, i can save you some cash.

Thats it for equipment today.

I need to start getting some ideas on plumbing, on my previous builds i've never ran any reactors off of the manifold, if you guys have any ex or tips, will you post a link or picture thanks.

Looks awesome! If your going with a 400watt Radium, go for a Lumatek or Galaxy dimmable/dual wattage ballast. See Sanjay's test results...
