Jebao DCP return pump?

Thanks everyone for the info, made the head loss computation using estimated measures and selected the Mag 18 pump since there is no Jebao 6500 in the calculator, the result is a 1,080 GPH flow which is more that I need, if I did it correctly. Question in the Head Loss calculator, if I am planning to have two return lines, the vertical length in feet is for one pipe or should I add the length of the second pipe. I was looking at the DCP 8000 because the difference in price is like $10.

My dcp 6500 is still running perfectly. I definitely like it better than the dct series. Here is an updated pic of it working. I finally completed my sump area.

I wouldn't use this externally but I used regular schedule 40 PVC fittings.

Do I see a metal hose clamp coming off your mag drive pump? You shouldn't use metal where it will be submerged or near water

I just got done doing this

The waveline dc12000 is ready to go for next week.

1.25" FTP to 1" slip.
1" Spaflex pvc to a spears union. I like they are a bit more compact in size.
1" slip to 3/4" MTP
3/4" FTP/Slip elbow
Then the rest is all 3/4" setup just like the stock setup.

I found I had all the parts. (I have WAY to much "stuff" sitting on shelves collected over the years)

And this allows for 0 need for any clamps. Unions allow for easy disassembly and maintenance. That spaflex is going to keep shape a heck of a lot better too. I notice that vinyl tubing kind of narrowing in spots. I was hoping the braided kind would keep shape better.

The waveline came with two of these little washers like you have on a garden hose and it fit right in that 1 1/4" FTP side so slid it in there. Between that and the tape it should be more then good enough for in sump use.

I got my DCP 8000's in today.
They are currently running on level 60 with a consumption of 22W in a 32gal Brute can full of FW.

The pumps are very powerful.
Output level is adjustable from 30-100, in increments of 1. So you can really fine tune this pump.
At their lowest setting they consume 8W, and at their highest setting 55-56W.

Standing a couple feet away I cannot hear any noise from the pumps. If I place me ear on the lid of the can, I can hear a light hum.

The return pump section of my sump is 45cm x 15cm x 17.7cm. I can fit both pumps in there easily, they are pretty compact.

It still has the DC wine but it seems to be quieter than the DCT that I have as a return pump.

Does this come with barb fitting for silicone tubing. By looking at the pic it come with pipe fitting for hard plumbing.

It only comes with fittings for hard plumbing.

Received my DCP-10000 yesterday and somehow the fittings don't fit with the usual PVC pipes that is used in my country. Different standards?

The DCP series looks really similar to the the Waveline pumps. I have a DC12000 it's been running great. I also like Jebao products. I have 2 RW15s running for a year also.

I have a DCT-4000 for a 120 g and 30 g sump system. and it works great. the pump does. the Flow is good, going up about 6 feet. and the price was great. the controller has changed sense before. They made it a little more appealing and durable. Still cheep plastic on the controller. but the pump seems to work great. no complaints.

It should be fine as the DCP 6500 is comparable to the older DCT 6000, but improved.
