I am running in a 4ft x 18in 75g. Will post a vid tonight just trying to finish getting it tuned in. Having a hard time trying to find a location that gives me good waves with out direct current on any of my corals.

Ok I was trained on how to embed videos so here it is.
this is a single WP25 in a 55 gallon tank with the frequency control set all the way to the right if I remember.

Cool, the tanks are a bit shorter than mine (48l" x 18"d x 30"h), but not sure if it will matter. Can you guys run a test in 'ELSE' mode as well. Thats what im planning on running mine in. Thanks.

I'll be able to test mine tomorrow in my 48x24.

So there are rumors of a cease and disist letters going around involving these pumps.that they can not be imported to the us anymore.any word on this?

Someone who talked like a lawyer from this thread: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2297284&highlight=wp25&page=3
Said:
They ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE STOPPED AT CUSTOMS. For that kind of injunctive relief, a company has to WIN A LAWSUIT in a COURT OF LAW.

As far as I can see, all that has happened so far is that Tunze has sent threatening letters to various vendors claiming 1) that they have a valid patent that 2) is infringed by the WP-40. Both of these would have to be established in a trial (or administrative proceeding, for the ITC) before they could expect the US government (customs) to start seizing shipments.

Well here's crossing out fingers and toes hoping we get ours before this **** hits the fan.

Maybe somehow this will work out good for us. If all of the vendors cancel their order then maybe they'll have plenty on hand and we won't have to wait for production.

I could see jebao making slight changes to the design in the future to get these pumps back in the U.S. market.

I like your glass half full optimism :)

I would be guessing ours is already on the ship.

Not yet....:( Their assembly lines are seriously backed up, out best guess is next week. Also here is my response to the concerns of that cease and desist letter sent to vendors.

First, I talked to a good friend that works as paralegal in a patent law firm. Here is the take away: Only if there is a law suit and Tunze wins it that custom will stop the goods.

I also contacted the shipping company that will be our carrier, they told me the same thing. This shipment will be safe!

Last I called Jebao. They are aware of the letter sent to vendor but they never get letters from Tunze directly. No law suit was brought up against them either.

Lets be conservative and talk about the worst case scenario, Tunze sued Jebao and wins, it will be years after this group buy is done. We are not distributor and we don't have to worry about it

Wow thanks for the update.

Simon, the big shipment is comming on ship to keep costs down as air was alot more.

Correct me if im wrong mac
