Jebao WP25 Information

A 90g rectangle. My brother in law has a 92 bow front corner with 1 25 and it worked nice. So I thought I would try it but find it is not enough.

Just ordered two 25s for my 65 gallon. I was ready to buy some tunze controllables for three or four times the cost. I'd never even heard of jebao until yesterday. I'm excited to see how these things work. I was getting sick of my hydors reversing all the time.

Since these been out for some time. What would someone recommend for my standard 90 gallon. One WP40 or two WP25s? I'm sure this question has been asked many times before.

I was running an MP40, and MP10 in my 80 gal sps tank. The two pumps were kept t almost 80% power. I decided to add more water flow and gave the Jebaos a chance today.
Got an WP40 and a WP25 for $160 together.
I turned them on and dont mean to sound repetitive, but these damn things MOVE water man....the WP40 will kick the MP40's behind hands down. The WP25 is also much more powerful than the MP10.
The vortechs are better pumps for moving a large water column but with less pushing power, more gentle. The WP's are great if you have a long tank and are trying to move some current to the other side of the tank.
If i crank my MP40 at 100%, the rocks/ sand around the pump(close range) will all get lifted making it ll a big mess. At the other side of the tank however, the current getting there is weak(tanks of 48" or longer). With the WP40, the water stream easily reaches the opposing tank wall at only maybe 60% of its power.
I have both brands and the combo is making my tank simulate the perfect flow Imo.

anyone?

anyone?

I hate the looks of a powerhead in my DT so I'm thinking about giving the WP25 a shot do to their small profile it should be easier to hide. Could someone please tell me the size of the WP25? I can't seem to find the measurements looking for length and O/D. Thanks

About the size of a Tunze 6015 pump.

What do you guys use to tie down the Wp's wires to the tank glass? Im trying to make it look neat, but these pumps come with long/thick wiring that is a bit unpleasant to look at.

I am planning on replacing a closed loop system with either the WP-40's or 60's. I have a 265 mixed reef. What size and how many would the recommendation be for this type of tank

If i were you, would get two WP40's and try it first. Im telling you that would already be lots of water movement(for sps tank). The store i bought mine from had one on a corner of a 300 gal at max flow and it was rocking things around.

I took my wp40 from the box, I didnt read the intructions, figured would plug and play(after all what could happen, its just a pump, right?). It was set on medium wave, high intensity and as soon as i plugged it to the outlet, in maybe 10 seconds it made waves that spilled water all over outside my 80gal tank. The waves were freaking insane.

If you place two of these pumps on the rear side corners of your tank, you should be pretty set.
