our coperband is MIA... think it's dead.. :sad1: it was top shape and eat like a pig... we had it for 6 months now.. our previous one lived for 4 1/2 years! :(

We have a clonwfish couple in our reef tank and we knew they were reproductive pair because the previous owner had seen eggs several time. It's the first time they reproduce in our tank (we have them for almost a year now). :)

a pic (sorry I dont have a macro lens!) the eggs are in the circle I draw...

too bad we are not equip to keep the eggs to hatch... :(

nothing wrong with free fish food =)

SIck tank and pics. Have you had any problems with the mh right above the brace. I'm setting up a 150 myself and the brace concerns me. Any meltin or heat related problems.

Very nice tank. How long have you had the clams? The t5 lighting is good enough for them way at the bottom of the tank? If t5s are good enough im getting rid of the halides for sure.

thanks bolo7735!

I was looking at "old" picture and I'm amaze at that growth :surprise:

Damn I thought you were getting the growth without halides lol. Well Im still looking into led lighting for my tanks. Do you use a chiller? I have heating issues with my halides( I also use 250w)

we have a very small chiller (think it's a 1/10 HP) for very hot days, but the tank is in a room with a mural AC ;) and we have fans also hook to the back of the tank...

so the clown eggs are still there... they will hatch this week-end I think... supose to be 7-8 days gestation... I'll try to look in the tank 2-3 hours after lights out to see if I see babies...

I'll have videos soon of the tank!!! when I figure out how to edit them...
A friend lent me a camcorder... it's a sanyo vpc-hd100 that makes only MP4...
is there an editor software that I can use to edit my videos (without having to convert them!)?
freeware would be appreciated... or low cost software suggestion...
:)

:eek2: the pistol tiger shrimp is digging like crazy! wow
it done about 85% of the sand surface of the tank! sand monts everywhere, and tunnels... :spin2:

The cyano seems under control now, the biobeads works great, corals are doing good.

we add 2 lawnmower blennies last week-end. They already started eating the algea everywhere
