Awesome setup. Have you always had the refugium? If no, did it make a difference for your nano? I'm thinking about setting a refugium in mine as well. I don't really have any nitrate problems but I'm bored so I want to do some DIY projects. lol.

Thanks man your tank is awesome as well. I had the refugium when i initially setup the tank but ive since taken it offline and gone back to just vodka dosing... much more efficient at nutrient export.

its absolutely sharp looking. hype how do you meet the calcium/alk demands of the sps and not get coralline and different colors of calcification all over the glass

keeping glass that nice has always been a challenge for me

usually after this long at least a -tiny- bit of coralline grows on the lower corners or somewhere in the substrate etc...?

thanks alot brandon i havent had too much of an issue with corraline growing the glass. The little bit that i do get i just use a jbj algae scraper which is fantastic for removing stubborn algae.

I'm pretty sure his sps absorbs a lot of the calcium as well. I noticed in my tank, I barely have any coraline on my glass. Before I added all of my sps, it was everywhere!

Do you have pictures from the other sides of the tank, or a video showing the tank from all the visible sides? Your tank is amazing! So very open and clean and not cluttered. I can't believe it's a nano- it looks much bigger!

It's awesome!!!

Excellent growth and a beautiful aquascape!! Yep, we need more pics from different angles!

What's the fish load like at the moment?

Sorry, one more question, what circulation pump are you using? I have a shallow tank too, but the sands just all over the place. Any suggestions?

Thanks you bello its much appreciated.Ill definitely upload some additional shots.

Currently i have
2 blue reef chromis
1 Black axil chromis
1 Hippocampus reidi seahorse
1 Golden dwarf moray eel
2 red spot cardinalfish

I have an mp10 but a fellow reefer who does custom acrylic work came up with these "vortech shields" which works fantastic at preventing sand storms on shallow tanks. Heres his email if you would like him to make you one..bonsaireefs@gmail.com

That's a very cool fish list! Been wanting a dwarf eel for a while now..... oh, and love the cardinals.

That's a pretty neat DIY!! Thanks for the info!

May I know what mode do you run your MP10's and at what percentage of power?

I have a 23x23x12 tank, and I'm truly inspired.

Thanks!!
