Sometimes, you just gotta put something else before your reef club.
I'd have missed this meeting even if every meeting were still held on Saturday afternoon. The difference is, that it's a much bigger disappointment for me to miss a Saturday meeting now, knowing that there are so few.
As far as trying to please everyone, I had figured you were smart enough to know better long ago

Fridays or Saturdays make no difference to me. I work in some form 7 days and or nights a week (depressing right) so thats my dilemma. Sometimes i can arrange a few hours off or other times i just blow off my responsibilities for a few hours. (which i shouldnt do)

Yep... You're right... got a recap at this past week's meeting. Everyone was very impressed, of course... and spoke very highly, as usual again, of your hospitality and more.

It was unfortunately that quite a few people who expressed an interest in attending didn't show up.

But, of the few that did go, I did hear, that quite a few of them are planning saltwater setups in the near future.

A perfect example of a saturday daytime meeting on a nice summer day.

Jorge enjoyed the visit and appreciated the enthusiasm of the few that did attend. It worked out well for those in the auction though who got some nice corals very cheap.
