OK, meeting will be at 2:00 on Saturday the 17th. I'll be preparing some of my favorite foods, ala appetizers southwest-style. Some potential candidates include chile cheesecake, crabmeat empanadas, mini shrimp enchiladas con queso, lemon rice with pine nuts, anasazi corn cakes with red pepper sauce, kiva chicken with red chile glaze, and maybe another surprise or two. If you plan on attending, PLEASE let me know so I can get a head count. Please bring anything you like, but if you can stick with the "theme", even better!
From the McDonalds in Clinton (NOT the one by the interstate), turn on the road (Sunset) that goes beside it at the stoplight (left if coming from Oak Ridge, right if coming from Clinton Hwy.). When the road ends in 1/2 mile, take a left. At the stoplight 1 block up, hang a right on to Sulphur Springs. Go a couple of miles until you see Jerry's Market on the left and the RR overpass on the right, Turn right and go under the RR overpass. The second right about 1/2 mile up is Pleasant View Loop, take it. At the top of the hill, you'll see our mailbox with 152 in white numbers against a green background. The house is several hundred feet back from the road on the right. It's got almond-colored siding with stone work in the front.
Reef parasites we can do, I'll see if I still have the file from a few years back when we did it at Mike's and I'll update it. Hope to see y'all there!
