Since most people only speak up when they have an issue with their product, I thought it might be nice to give a compliment. Granted, why would anyone normally make a post if there is no issues.
I had several issues with rattling and the magnets. As with anything, it can be stressful not knowing what will be done. However, ecotech/icecap did stand 100% behind their product. I received everything necessary to resolve my issue. Before I dealt directly with them, I had the rusty magnet issue and the rattling. I thought once I received replacements, maybe I should consider trying another pump out. However, their quick and helpful responses really helped me decide NOT to switch.
If anyone here is worried at all or seeing threads with issues, be assured, they will take care of it. I look forward to my new magents and a new wet side.
