Just got my first BTA

So I put in my first BTA yesterday afternoon and everything seemed to be going great. He seemed to settle into a spot and was staying there.

I came to the tank this morning and he was hiding in a cave, but still spread out. Now he has since moved further into a dark cave, hanging out upside down and has closed up a bit. Is this normal behavior for an anemone to go into hiding like this? I can barely see him right now as he has hidden himself so well, should I be worried or will he probably come out of that cave when he is ready?

Thanks

Nem will come out when, if, it is ready. Light acclimation is commonly over looked and most nems are set loose in a tank with vastly differeny lighting options from which they came. Not to mention, tank params. Expect it to move frequently until it, if ever, finds a favorite spot...Cover your pumps intakes, GL!
